It's only 7:00 a.m. here. I just got back from my run and it's hot already. It's suppose to get to 102. I may just go down to the pool today.

Good for you TIS, but here is a little runner's advice I heard years ago; it is not advisable to run when the humidity and temperature combined exceed 160. So 80 degrees and 80 humidity is the limit.

Well I usually am out the door at daybreak and although I can feel it's gonna be a hot day, the humidity is not that bad. But that is good advice. Then again, I NEVER overdo it, trust me.
