We had a big graduation party for my son this weekend. My wife and I made pulled pork, seasoned with cider vinegar and brown sugar. She made a pasta salad and antipasto too. Most of the food was catered by my brother-in-law, who made fettucini alfredo, homemade meatballs and sauce, chicken francaise, sausage and peppers, green beans in oil and garlic and mashed redskin potatoes with pepperjack and colby. Add the cakes, pies and cookies along with cold bottles of Yuengling lager, Guinness and Moosehead, and the result is a few extra unneeded pounds.
