Vertical Press/4 sets/10-15
Lying Hamstring Curl/4 sets
Hack Squat/4 sets/10-15
Walking Barbell Lunge/3 sets back 'n forth
Quad Ext/3 sets/10-15

Dumbell Lateral/4 sets
Barbell Press/4 sets
Bentover Reverse Dumbell Flyes/4 sets
Upright Row/3 sets
Barbell Shrugs/5 sets
