Now I just checked and could it be possible there are 2 Anthony or Tony " Dutchie" Tuzzo. The one I was referring to was referenced in the book "The Five Families" pg 579?
Two Tony "Dutchie" Tuzzo members of the NY Mafia, you mean? I don´t think so. I don´t think I have ever come across two mobsters sharing the same first and last name also sharing the same nick name. And I have been researching these guys for a long time. The Anthony Tuzzo, who passed away in 2000 and listed in the Social Security Death Index, apparently lived at some point in Fort Lee, NJ. If we are able to find out that "our" Anthony Tuzzo, the Genovese captain, lived in Fort Lee, NJ then we would know for sure his year of death. The Anthony Tuzzo listed in the SSDI was born in 1912 which coincides with what we do know about "our" Tony Tuzzo.
