Id stick to a third party scenario where one person made the trades and split it into thirds; third for me third for him and a third for the regulatory guy. The other two dont know each other. Id also deal with mortgage fraud having a crew of guys pumping shitty mortgages to poor people that are guaranteed by the government via some low income loan law.
