It is Ocean City, MD, and you're right about the police presence. This is his third trip there with friends, and he knows about them. One thing I stressed to him is that he's now 18, and the stakes are considerably higher than when he was a juvenile. I think he's enjoying the craziness with many of his classmates. They're no angels, but they're sensible.
