If you do leg extensions to failure (or at all) after 16 sets of leg work, you are taking quite a chance with your knees. Extensions are bad enough under any circumstances let alone as the last movement of a leg workout.


No knee problems here knock on wood.

Monday chest day:

Incline Barbell Press/4 sets/8-10
Flat Dumbell Press/4 sets/8-12
Hammer Press/3 sets/8-10
Incline Dumbell Flye/3 sets/6-10*

*Flyes done using heavier than usual weight with slow,concentrated negatives and contractions held for a two second squeeze.
