anyone read that article about a dea rat that caught a guy on tape saying tommy shots gioeli had nothing to do with the 1 murder conspiracy he was convicted of. the dea held it from gioelis lawyers it looks like tommy shots is coming home and I would never had thought but holding back evidence is just wrong. wonder how this shit comes out after trial. these is a total mess and that means maybe joel waverly case gets dismissed. all those murders even the cop no convictions and all the murderers walk k letter. I don't see the d.a. giving 5yrs to these rats there gonna get the book.
