Vladimir Reznikov was the guy shaking down Marat Balaga the russian with the gas connection. Joey Testa shot him dead face to face with Senter driving getaway. Casso's words, "after that, Marat never had anymore problems with any Russians."
That´s right. If not limited within the time frame of late 1986 (when Amuso took over) and 1992, I would have put Reznikov on the list. (Reznikov was murdered in the summer of 1986.)
