If they are Americans, no they don't;also,if they are from a country that is on Canada's visa-free list.


All of Miami was traded to the Blue Jays last winter. Not that it did any good. The Blue Jays are the Detroit Lions of baseball. Every year someonee says this is the season they will do something, but then they never do.
