I only disagree on number six. There are ny captains, plenty of them that have more power and money than any boss in chicago. A change in terms aside, soldier, made guy, whatever. Guys like andy gerardo and tino f had more pull in unions, on the street, and left behind more money than some pussy ass rat like difronzo
