This is what happens when you let certain people get away with so much stuff..They start thinking they're bigger then the coppers are..Chicago doesn't seem at all interested in cracking down on gang violence, so when a cop actually does do something these gangs aren't afraid to fight back !!

Chicago created the current gang problem
they arrested the bosses of all the mobs and any ranking members that would be able to step in to stabilize their organization. the feds did a number on Chicago during the 90s-early2000s and this is the end result.
now you have a bunch of teenagers and guys in their young 20s doing dumb shit, not living by the codes of their mobs, not honoring any leadership.
it used to be 900 murders a year in Chicago so murders are actually down
