A very good buddy of mine was a correction officer and had Rampino under his watch. He did have problems in prison for drugs.

I will ask him- he was a supervisor and worked at a lot of prisons in NY.
I spoke to my friend again. He was at Wende state prison in Alden NY and now said that Tony Roach Rampino did NOT have drug incidents while in his watch and in fact was very polite and respectful toward the guards. Also there was Jimmy Burke. My friend said that both of these men as well as all mob guys rarely ever caused any problems
