Do municipalities remove signs that aren't pertinent anymore? For instance; is there a sign in your town on a local road that reads "Deaf Child in Area", or something to that affect. What if that deaf child grew up and moved away 10 years ago? Do you ever wonder about that? Why didn't the town remove the sign? And shouldn't the parents be responsible to make sure the kid doesn't wander out into the street?
