A bulk of online selling uses the escrow service PayPal which I'm sure everyone is familiar with. I remember about a year ago they said business's or individual sellers making more then $20K in revenue had to report taxes.

Texas sales tax and use does apply to internet sales, generally, under the physical presence provisions of State statutes. To what extent it gets collected or not, I don't know. I favor the federal law now negotiating the US Senate because it levels the playing field for all 50 states. [/quote]
