Do you guys think had bill cutolo not been killed he would've made a good boss for the Colombo family?
IMO, he would have been one of the greatest bosses in modern times if he could have stayed on the streets. However, IIRC the Feds were building a pretty big case against him so if he had not been whacked, it is unlikely he would have been a free man for much longer. In fact, the day he was killed, the Feds were tailing him but they lost him.
