A guy like that you don't want after you,it seems like you never would know when he will pop up.I feel like he will never be satisfied until he avenge's his brothers death,no matter what he says.
Real tough guys don't make prank phone calls to women, and talk tough on tv..That's what cowards do..Real tough guys just let their actions speak for themselves..My opinion is he's insecure and badly needs to feel like he's still a tough guy, and if he has to threaten women to feel tough again , then that's what he'll do !!
