Sammy Gravano would scare the crap out of me. There's something very devious and sinister about Gravano (and dangerous of course). I'd never feel comfortable around a guy like that.

I'd be more scared of Sammy Gravano than Al D'arco to be honest. I find it hard to believe that Sammy would be ducking the Lucchese's at that time, when he was the underboss of undoubtedly a much more powerful family. He would hit them first.
The Lucchese's had tons of shooters in that family during that time. Look at the DeCicco murder, ive read some of the Casso and Al's FBI 302's and the Lucchese's sending out numerous hit teams to kill Sammy and Gotti but were always foiled by the media or FBI tails. Gravano knew they were trying to get him.
