As I remember, Archie Bunker was a big Mets and Jets fan. He was a loyal Queens guy, but I would have thought that given his age in the early 70s, he might have been more likely a Giants' fan.
If Archie could see the melting pot that Queens is today, especially Flushing, where a lot of the show took place and is now home to the country's second or third biggest Chinatown, he'd literally kill himself (or Meathead ).
