My church is having a E-waste program put on by the Boy Scouts on Saturday in which you can turn in any electronics (Stereos, laptops, etc) Anyway, I have had stored away an old Linsky's modem from when I had my dial-up. Is there any reason I'd ever use it again? I can't see saving it.

I would either sell the modem or give it away. It is too old at this point (no offense) and most likely wouldnt perform well given the current level of internet speeds out there today and in the future.
