Normally Monday is my chest day but friday's arm workout still had my triceps soar enough to make me decide to do back instead of chest today..so here's what my back workout will probably consist of:

Deadlifts - 4 sets
Barbell Rows - 4 sets/10-12
Seated Cable Row - 3 sets/10-12
OneArm Dumbell Row - 3 sets/8-12
WideGrip Pulldowns - 4 sets/10
