I went to same law school as Perri...He is sort of a legend there. I didnt know he was a Republican though. That makes my heart smile.

I love how they mail you RED LIGHT TICKETS...and they have a CRYSTAL CLEAR PICTURE OF YOUR LICENSE PLATE,yet if someone is getting mugged raped shot or whatever they have grainy surveillance footage that can barely make out the individual
