How the hell did you end up posting that question here?
Because it is as viable as is speculation about Godfather IV.
That said the real travesty we should fear is someone getting the idea that The Godfather needs to be remade with a bunch of different actors, a diffferent director, different music, and the insertion of the whole Lucy/Vegas/Doctor subplot that FFC wisely left out.
