Here is a link to Nicodema's criminal docket. His prelim is scheduled for Feb 20th. He's facing 6 counts, with murder and conspiracy to murder being most serious of the six. He has a private attorney (shocker!). I'll look into the specifics of Philly's statute for murder of a witness and see how it works.
