Giancarlco, I only saw a news caption about Sheen and wondered what it was about and didn't know til I read your post. LOL I'm sure he means well but don't know if I'd want Charlie Sheen trying to defuse any situation.

It seems that the excop wrote in his manifesto how much he likes Charlie and said he thinks Charlie is "awesome". lol
It's possible the cops approached Sheen to make this video but i'm not positive on that.
