TIS, this story sounds as if written in Hollywood. A cop with an idyllic view of his job becomes disillusioned by graft, racism, corruption and brutality on the force, and becomes an unstoppable, one-man, raging wave of terror on a rampage of violent vengeance. The institution that created him seems almost powerless to stop him. He's a bad Rambo.
LOL It sure does! I picture this guy hiding in the cold woods, with a rag tied around his forehead, guns & arrows on hand, using his survival skills, ready to attack. Really tho, it's scary.
