Why can't ligambi just walk out and how long do the feds have to refile on him? Or is it basically they can hold borgesi and ligambi on teh RICO charges until there is a verdict?
Wait I'm still confused why Borgesi is presumably about to be a free man. Wasn't he locked up prior to these additional charges?!?! Or is it that his original sentence was up somewhere before Ligambi trial ended?
