Borgesi walks with ligambi
Thats a big one. I bet Bent Finger won't be sleeping too well tonight.
Isn't he facing prison time now since his testimony didn't lead to Borgesi's or Ligambi's conviction?
I'm really not sure how that works, but i think as long as they didn't catch him in a lie they'll have to stick to whatever deal they made with Bent Finger Lou.
The prosecutor will still recommend a lenient sentence, but it is the judge's decision how long he'll serve. They usually base the sentence on how well their information/testimony was.
