Why isnt Borgesi released? this whole trial has confused me
It was a hung jury on his racketeering charge. Borgesi wasn't found not guilty, they can still refile the case. So i think they have to either recharge him again within a certain time period or release him. Even if they do refile the case i think he has a good shot on getting bail set. Same thing with Ligambi.
