Yea. Those deadlocked charges really did a number lol. IMO if Fazzini wouldnt have copped a plea before the trial and went on the trial with these guys, I feel that Scoops would have been found guilty then since more direct evidence linking him to charges related to Fazzini would have been presented.
Wouldnt be surprised if the guys who walked now are re-indicted within the next two yrs.
