And btw with the hung jury do Ligambi, Borgesi and Licata all get off scott-free? Can they go home?
Licata should be free to go where ever he wants, it sounds like he beat all the charges.
The feds could refile on Borgesi and Ligambi on the charges that weren't decided, but i would think their lawyers should be able to get them released on bail now.
