If I am the defense team I would be pressuring the hell out of Robreno to call mistrial and release my fawking clients. And remember every day this thing isn't called is another day some may be losing out on some freedom with Nicodemo so close from turning - how much money has been spent on this trial for a few gambling charges , no violence at all is absurd ...
