I believe "Mikey Nose" to be the boss of the Bonnano's, TV is a figure head or caretaker while the nose is in the can... Just my thoughts. TG was responsible for Hector as he was on record with him when he went bad. They used to kill you for that. So he could be shelved. But the again Depalma was shelved and came back too. Just my thoughts
