Back in the early 70's North of the Missouri river was N. KC and was its own city, since then however, KC proper has sourrounded the old north kc and its all now known as Kansas City. Its all one city but referenced as NKC, KC, there are also areas of KC such as the old north east section of town, which was known as little Italy, when people talk about KC there refer to areas as the city is very sprawlled for its size. You have Brookside, Waldo, Westport, River Market, North East, marborl, East KC, Summit, its how we quickly reference parts of the city, sorry for the confusuion. For the record, North Kansas City is the new little italy as the old northeast has become a haven for Nigerians, Mexicans, Asians.

I think he meant that he thinks there's 25 in KC but the set up is the same as St. Louis
