well sure drugs do come from canada into the states. BC is pretty much a massive drug hub with the HAs, Vietnamese, Triads and Indo Canadian gangs all based theres pretty much drug coming from all over the place. In this case it was BC bud coming in from the westcoast to montreal then down to the states. You also get ecstacy, ketamine, drug manufacturing chemicals and even afghan heroin coming in through canada.
