DN, Go to the Court house and ask for the Clerk's office, there should be a Civil & Criminal Divisions; you want criminal. Criminal may be divided into Misdemeanor and Felony sections-- ask for your file, you may need your file number as some of these lazy Gov't hacks will find it to demanding to look up the case by name. Your case number should be all over any papers that you have or ask your lawyer's secretary or bailbondsman.

In the file should be copies of any motions & Subpoenas filed, this will show you what has been filed & what has not been filed.

You may also ask for a Subpoena form (blank) to see what one looks like if not in the file. You may also want a to check the names and records of your alleged co-conspirators or witnesses. These are public records & are available to the public.

You gonna finish that?
