Sometimes it's good people bring up topics that have already been discussed. There can be posters who weren't around when it was first posted and they can say stuff they know if it's brought up again.
They can do all that in an existing thread Nicky. I can understand if they repeat a thread from 1 year ago or something. But if he had searched Rising stars it'd have come up on the first or second page.
