I'm curious what proof do they have he killed Salvatore Montagna, especially 1st degree proof ? He doesn't seem like that type that would do that himself, he must have a dozen associates that were up for the job. It wasn't his house Montagna ran out of when he died, was it ?
They have blackberry text messages that links all those arrested to the killings. The info hasn't been released but I bet you it's Desjardins texting Mirachi "hey Montagna is at Jack Arthur's house" and Mirachi rounds up the boys.....Ironworker gets handled. Somethin along those lines.
