Ok so your saying a family is only active and powerful if they get tons of arrests. So the Colombos have more power than the Genovese. And i dont think someone from scottland knows if they're active
I think it has to do with the feds priorities at the moment. The Colombos are considered weak, the Genoveses are not. So the feds are targeting rather the weaker Families than the stronger ones at the moment, in order to get the headlines. This apply to the NY Families.
There doesn´t seeem to be any FBI priotities targeting the other Families outside NY, Boston and Philly. And for a good reason. Those Families, including the Chicago outfit, are considered as extremely weak, if not defunct.
