Well folks here goes!

Krakow is a beautiful city, very nice buildings, beautiful square. The people might come across as a bit blunt but they are very polite and pleasant and all speak English. They have all types of food (the three nights we were there we went to an American style diner, an Italian place and a local Polish joint) and it was all nicely priced. The night life was amazing, loads of bars and people out. The average price of our round, 2 pints of beer and 2 vodkas, was not much more than £5!!!!

We visited the salt mines which were awesome and we also went to Aushwitz which was heart rending.

The only down point was the weather. Pouring rain the first 2 days and blizzards of snow the next 2!!!

All in all, a superb jaunt!!

I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees!
