I agree to disagree because yes chicago is more secretive and yes the indictments in philly and ne prove easier penetration but remember Chicago last indictment hit them hard the administration long time capos and revieled different source of income players and unsolved murders putting things together up to active time ... With me and Philly they been knew what's was going and the players so it was about the Feds stopping and proving them and proving through history it's through a rat that they always figure things out and rarely information they come across so said all that I say they all even cause its hard stopping two families they know all about and just hardto prove things unless someone rats and boom indictment sometimes 1 4 10 20 even 50' man indictments where in Chicago it's secretive but at the sametime reconstuctng secretive but exposed and devasted
