I don't get Showtime but Homeland does look good from the little previews I've seen. What is the premise of the show? Homeland Security I presume?

It's about a marine who's been POW for eight years in Iraq and finally comes back home. A CIA agent who is not mentally stable suspects that he has turned into a terrorist. It's an interesting tango between the pair. Both leads won an Emmy for their roles if you remember.
