BTW, Kly, is Brutico's still there? Not to sound old and left out, back on Sept 25.....41 years. Yeow, seems like yesterday plus 40 years.
Brutico's is still there indeed. I know a chef, whose most prized possession is a set of seasoned pizza pans from Brutico's from the 1950s. Nobody is allowed to wash them.
