This doesn't answer any of my questions. It's more like okay, there's some frozen Iranian assets, so we pay this to 9/11 families who sued Iran. I asked how is that Iran is accountable for something that happened under US's watch, done by Saudi citizens, who were funded by Taliban, all of which were enemies of Iran, Iran being Shiite, and all those are Sunni Muslims.
