I agree Dale was annoying at times but he was a wise character who sussed out that Shane was evil, after he spotted Shane pointing his gun at Rick in the woods in season 1 episode 5. His death was sad though. The most annoying character is Karl by far, he needs to stat listening to his parents and stop wondering off as he was the cause of Dales death..
