The way I understand it, Breivik will be eligible for parole in 21 years. But I doubt very much he will ever be released.
See this is what i'm talking about. Why the ambiguity? If it's a life sentence why don't they just say it.
If I remember correctly, they dont technically have a "life sentence" over there just permanent "detainment" We got to remember, the rest of the world doesnt do everything the same way we do.
