Blacks are free to attend the RNC just like they're free to attend OWS or a Yankees game or NHL game. They choose not to. No one is preventing them from attending.
Not sure what your "C" reference is; however, attendance to attend the convention is not a choice. You must be
elected as a delegate. Do a little research before you shoot your mouth off.
