NYC police shot and killed a man in midtown Manhattan today. He supposedly came out of the subway waving an 11 inch knife, and he led the cops for a few blocks, wildly waving the knife (and including slashing another pedestrian with it). A few blocks later he charged at the cops and they fired upon him, killing him.

This was on Seventh Avenue and 37th Street. TIS... remember that area? That's where we boarded the bus for the "Sopranos" tour.
