On the Lucchese chart I don't see Paul Vario listed as a Capo, is that because he wasn't yet promoted to Capo? I dont even see him as a soldier

Keep in mind guys, that the ones mentioned on those charts were the known members at the time. Those charts only shows a fraction of the total membership. Gambinos and Genoveses had close to 400 members at the time, Bonannos and Lucheses 200-300, Profacis 100-200.
