Carmela, I know I've posted my recipe for Penne Vodka on the boards before. It came from a cookbook called "Simply Delicious". I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten over the years! And, while making the roux can be a bit tricky (just remove the pot from the flame when you add the flour and stir very rapidly after returning it until it's mixed well with the butter), it's an incredibly simple and delicious recipe.
